Exclusive: CopyCat Killers Clip Focuses on Serial Killer Inspired by RoboCop

The argument over whether or not violence in media affects people and their behavior has been going on for a long, long time. Concerned parents and organizations will always be eager to point their fingers at video games, music, television, movies, etc…, after a terrible tragedy. While I personally don’t agree with this line of thinking, there are many who do, which is where Reelz Channel’s show “CopyCat Killers” comes in.

The show discusses real-life murder cases where the killer was inspired by a Hollywood movie. Today, we’re giving you an exclusive sneak peek into the case of Nathaniel White, a serial killer from the New York Hudson Valley who claims that his first murder was inspired by RoboCop 2.
